NORWEGIAN-BUILT PREDATOR BOAT ON DISPLAY IN KEY WEST

At the offshore world championships in Key West, Fla., last November, Predator Performance Boats (www.predatorboats.no), which is based in Arendal, Norway, introduced to the U.S. market its 337 Supersport, a 10-passenger boat that measures about 34’ long with a beam just over 8’6”. The boat in Key West was powered by twin 625-hp Ilmor Marine engines and company owner Andree Bakkegaard took interested boaters for rides in Key West harbor.

The 337 Supersport comes with a choice of power from Mercury Racing or Ilmor up to 1450 hp for gasoline engines and up 740 hp diesels with Bravo One XR Sport Master drives. Standard equipment includes K-plane trim tabs, Mercury Racing lab-finished propellers and twin steering positions with IMCO hydraulic steering. Electronics include a JL Audio marine stereo and a Raymarine E-165 wide hybrid-touch chartplotter.
