BAJA INC. SEES BIG DEMAND FOR ITS AMH GOVERNMENT SERVICES DIVISION

AMH Government Services has delivered two Pro-Line 2600 CCs and three Donzi 290 CCs for the Lake of the Ozarks State Highway Patrol earlier this year.

Following the recent news of Baja Inc.’s successful 50th anniversary Donzi Classic promotion and strong sales with its series of center consoles, the company announced that its commercial division, AMH Government  Services, is steadily in production with models tricked out for marine police units, fire departments, rangers and rental fleet operators.

“Our Pro-Line and Donzi Center Consoles are in demand with marine agencies that need boats combining durability, performance and usable deck space,” said Johnny Walker, president and CEO of Baja Marine, Inc. AMH’s commercial business is doing very well this year as a nice supplement to our consumer boat-building operations.”

According to Baja Inc, AMH Government Services has delivered two Pro-Line 2600 CCs and three Donzi 290 CCs for the Lake of the Ozarks State Highway Patrol since early 2015. “This brings them up to 15 of our boats so far,” Walker said. Hennepin County, Minnesota, which includes Minneapolis and the Lake Minnetonka area, also took delivery of two Pro-Line 2600 CCs in May and commercial orders currently in build include three Pro-Line 2300 CCs for the Tennessee Valley Lake Authority Police Department, and a Pro-Line 2400 Bay Boat for the Osceola County, Fla, Sherriff’s Department.

“In addition to our government orders, we also are proud of our ongoing relationship building Pro-Lines for the Freedom Boat Club,” Walker said.
